VOLUNTEER FAQ's
- Does it matter what shift I serve at the fair?
Please select the shift that best works for you, but remember, all volunteers must attend Sunday Worship Service to serve at the carnival. If you cannot serve because it would hinder you from attending service, please do not volunteer and attend service instead. - Where is the carnival located and how do I get there?
This year, the carnival is held at the Church Parking Lot. Signs will be placed directing you to the carnival. - When should I arrive for my assigned shift?
Please come early (10 minutes before the start of your shift) so that you can check-in and head to your station. - Is lunch provided?
Yes, lunch is provided for everyone. The first shift will have lunch at the end of their shift and the second & third shift will eat lunch before their shift. - Is there a dress code?
We encourage all volunteers to be creative and festive in celebrating the carnival for all guests, but it is not required. Please wear closed-toe shoes and dress comfortably, but also Sunday Worship appropriate clothes.
