How do I make a registration form and add it to eNews and/or the church website?
You will need access to PCO’s Registrations and go to planningcenteronline.com to create and manage new registrations. Contact your PCO administrator to get access.
Can I see contact information for church members?
Due to privacy reasons, we have not enabled the public church directory. If you have a need to see members’ contact information, please reach out to a PCO admin and they can grant you view only permissions to PCO. Then you will be able to see contact information by logging in to planningcenteronline.com and going to the People module. You will not be able to do this from the Church Center mobile app, but there is a People app from Planning Center you can install and use.
Can I use PCO to schedule and manage my volunteer team?
Yes, you can use PCO Services to schedule ministry teams. Please reach out to a PCO admin to get a team setup and to be made a leader of your team in PCO Services (mobile app and online).
How do I use PCO Services?
I used to have a form in the old (CCB) system. How do I find and use it in the new PCO system?
In PCO, you would re-create the form by logging into planningcenteronline.com and going to People. From that menu, you can select Forms and create and manage forms you own. You will need permissions to do this so if you don’t see this function when you login, contact your PCO administrator.
I need to email a large group of people. How do I do this?
If they are part of an existing PCO Group, the leaders of that group can send emails to members. If a group does not exist or the list is more complicated, you can create a List in PCO People. Contact a PCO admin to get the right permissions in PCO People to do this. This tutorial will help you with how to create Lists in PCO, but reach out to Pastor Joe Chung if you need further help.
How do I request an announcement/enews spot?
You can request a Sunday announcement, Thursday eNews mention, or other communication promotion using this form. All requests must be submitted by Monday at 12AM to be considered for that week. Space is limited and requests will be scheduled based on timing and availability.
How do I submit a creative request?
You can submit a request for our church creative team to work on a creative project such as an announcement graphic, printed flyer, etc. using this form. Please submit your request with at least three weeks notice.

Something is not right with my cell and I can’t change it myself. Who should I contact?
Reach out to your zone leader first. They have admin access over cell groups. If they cannot fix it, reach out to a PCO admin.
I got a notification email that someone wants to join my cell group. When I click on the link in the email it gives me an error. What should I do?
There was a bug in PCO that has now been fixed as of 8/26/24. You should either login to planningcenteronline.com first, then click the like, or use the mobile app to find out information about the person who is requesting you join their cell.
I’m a cell leader. Where can I find cell reports?
You can find the link to the cell report form in the Resources section of your cell group in the Church Center app or under your cell in Groups online at planningcenteronline.com. If you don’t see a report or if the report has the wrong zone leader on it (each report is specific to a zone), contact your zone leader and ask them to put the right report in your cell Group Resources. Once you fill it out, you will receive a copy of your report (along with your zone leader and pastoral team in charge of cell groups). Contact your PCO admin if you have trouble doing this.
I’m a Zone leader. how do i view cell attendance?
I have admin access to cell Groups (zone leaders) but I can’t see any information about any cell groups. What should I do?
All administrative functions in PCO are (mostly) done through the website planningcenteronline.com, not the mobile app. The Church Center mobile app is for members to look at their own information (including Groups) only.
How do I take attendance for my cell meeting?
There are several ways. You will get a reminder 1-3 days after your meeting so you can click on the link in the email or go to planningcenteronline.com and under Groups, click on your cell group and find the meeting to take attendance. In the mobile app, go to your cell group and find the meeting and take attendance.
How do I change attendance for a previous cell meeting?
In the Church Center app, go to Groups, your cell, then Events. Click on Actions and then View past events. You’ll see a list of past meetings and you can click on one and hit Update to update the attendance for that meeting.
Can members email other members through Church center?
No, only leaders of groups can email members through the Church Center app or planningcenteronline.com. However, we will enable a chat feature for groups by the end of August.
How do I invite someone to my group?
In the Church Center app go to Groups then your cell group you lead. Under Members, click the Add button. You can show the prospective member the QR code, or send them the link via email or text by hitting the button below the QR code. Only leaders can invite new members through the app, but visitors can request to join themselves by installing the app and searching for a cell group under Find a Group in the Groups page.
I’m a cell leader. Can I add someone directly to the group without having to invite them?
No, you can only remove members and invite members to join. If you need to add someone without inviting them first, contact your zone leader.
Should I add my zone leader to my cell Group?
No, zone leaders have been given cell admin privileges and do not need to be added to your group. If they are added, it will skew the attendance metrics in PCO.
