Acts 14:21-22 (Read Full Chapter)
21And after they had preached the gospel to that city and had made a good number of disciples, they returned to Lystra, to Iconium, and to Antioch, 22 strengthening the souls of the disciples, encouraging them to continue in the faith, and saying, “It is through many tribulations that we must enter the kingdom of God.”

There are moments when we feel discouraged in ministering to others and sharing the good news because we don’t see immediate results or face opposition.
Paul and Barnabas faced harsh opposition from non-believers. Some completely misunderstood the gospel message. And Paul was stoned and almost died. Yet, as they remained persistent in spending considerable time speaking boldly for the Lord, a great number of Jews and Gentiles became saved, a lame man from birth was healed, and believers were strengthened to greater faith!
Let us be reminded that God is always at work in bringing hope, saving lives, and building up His church!
